ls

The ls command is short for 'list'. It is used to display the contents of a directory.

Example

ls projects

This will list all the visible files and directories in the projects directory

a option (-a)

This option will list all files and directories even if they are hidden files.

Example

ls -a projects

l option (-l)

This will display extended details about the files and directories including permissions, owner, size and modified time.
